Part One And Part Two Poem by Denis Martindale

The Bible says the world began when God decided so,
That proves to us God had a plan that Man was yet to know.
Part one, of course, was just the start, part two must wait its turn,
Part one, the beating of Man's heart, part two, the time to learn.
One Man alone? What could he do? Was that the day Man prayed?
Alone he didn't have a clue! Perhaps he felt dismayed...
God looked at Adam then made Eve, the rest is history,
God knew the devil would deceive, yet planned for Calvary.

We learn that Christ alone somehow must prove Himself God's Son,
And we can read the Bible now and see what Christ has done.
Part two is thus our second chance, salvation on the line,
The Lord's Prayer helps each soul advance, yes, even yours and mine.
A billion souls believe in Christ, the Saviour of Mankind,
Or are there more than realised, and still more souls to find?
When Christmas comes, all gifts received pale in comparison,
Once God's salvation gets believed and new life has begun...
