Past Poem by Kev Elmer

Past

The demons that crawl under my skin,
I just cant let them win.
I've been to hell and back,
but I still refuse to crack.

They know where I've been,
and the people I've seen.
The ghosts that still haunt,
still linger and taunt.

One ahead I remain,
reguardless of all this pain.
I may of been beat,
but this revenge will be sweet.

You've seen me in such a disgrace,
but now I've got a smile on my face.
You left me with such a scar,
but in the past is now where you are.
