Patch Adams Poem by Francis Duggan

Patch Adams

To sick children's lives joy and laughter he bring
The praises of Patch Adams i feel happy to sing
He makes sick children laugh and to their lives he brings joy
And laughter is the best medicine for an ill girl or boy,
Patch Adams a likeable and a top bloke
He makes people happy with them laugh and joke
For working with sick children he has won World wide fame
And his has become quite a legendary name,
The man who loves children his type are so rare
He brings joy to many and for others he care
He says his mother she made him the man he is today
Such a nice thing of a son of his mother to say
Though now in his sixties at heart he's not old
The life of Patch Adams in film was told.
