Dear fellow writer Bob Blackwell I am referred to as 'Preeminently a poet for Peace by my editor in India. You request and are open for all comments. I frown on rating any poem by 1-10. I would rather prefer to relate to content or say nothing with disinterest. Concerning this poem, You refer to use a pronoun, 'WE' Of whom do you refer of the Billions upon Billions of persons on Earth? What for! What for! Why! Unclear! They will not listen to our plan / Whom? They do not care for us./ Whom are they? We must ensure we are secure; / How, with War? What they do is not our concern, / Shall we be Ostriches with dumbed buried heads.? No! they are not like us, / Realize! that we are all of evolved human family They have a different God, / Please say which of the many many undefinable gods is your own They're from a different land; / Where, pray tell? For them we do not care, / Where's 'Empathy; ? LL. We all belong to the Earth. It's land belongs to No One Mortal Are you being selfish or and just what do you mean? ? Why I ask do Leaders feel that to protect their country it is necessary to send their youth out to foreign lands to die when it would be better to keep them within their own borders? Each nation is then taking responsibility for building up their own security at home Poorer countries need a power behind them, I agree, but innocents are still killed daily even with these forces. There seems to be no solution. Good write re this infiltrating evil

terrorists have no God or Faith...money and drug offered by some 'creative brains' allure them to believe in uncompromising false theories to create disharmony in the world...result? wars in reactive response...good poem 10

I'd say a good dose of harmony is just what the doctor ordered, Bob. It is beyond me why people of various faiths can't just believe what they believe in and discard the futile urge to make everyone else believe in what they do. If one is happy being a Muslim, then fine. If one gets consolation from being a Christian, then fine. If one is perfectly happy not believing in any deity, then fine. Simple enough. Harmony.
