Gate your heart,
then guard it well.
From all negatives
guide it far.

Your heart is no dumping ground.
In it no garbage be found.

Feelings that are bad and sad;
thoughts of loss and thoughts of pain;
everything making you weep,
away from your heart must sweep.

Fill up with the good to feel.
Waves of joy and laughter peals.

Brimming Hope amazing Grace.
Then you heart will glow your eyes.
And complete will be your peace.
