Peace& harmony here

It needs an in-depth study
the heart sings in the form of poetry
verses freely flow
and grow the stature

in the olden days, the poets were given a place in the courtroom
they were respected and given the patronage and called gem
whenever kings went for fighting the battle
the poets used to accompany the king and army

their names are still inscribed on the golden pages
when the enemy was ravaging the country
they used to encourage the army by inducing powerful poetry
and thus it led to the victory

now the essence of poetry has changed
the spirit behind it remains the same to manage
the domination over others is still disturbing
the poetry curbs such kind of feelings

now we advocate peace and harmony
and it is taken as essential for any country
'To live and let others live 'forms as a slogan
and it has been almost adopted by all nations
