Yes, sometimes it is true
When we are passing through
Turmoil and struggle
Peace of mind goes away by miles

What course do we adopt then?
Just to blink even
Night passes in one second
With restless mind

Nothing enters
Or entertains
But adds worry and tension
With so much of confusion

One thing assures about next day
That sun may bring in light to show way
Lead me to the path and get me strength
With simple prayers and faith

If one simple care was taken
To regain
About what was done in entire day?
You might have gained complete sway oversleep
