The most beautiful heavenly body of all,
Cos' you seem to rise and fall.
Gently you peer out of the sky,
And give us joy from your high.
You give us some of your light,
Not to show-off your might.
But to bring joy to all our hearts,
Not just a little, but lots and lots and lots,
You are like pieces of pearls shattered in heaven,
And of course, the best gift God has given.
When at night, you come out of your home,
And twinkle like glitters from a stream of foam.
You remain the whole night,
Forming beautiful constellations, from a bear to a kite.
You are really a blessing,
That I wont be missing.
Finally when 'up' comes the sun,
And the day begins with all fun,
With my eyes I see,
And you fade away waving 'good-bye' to me! ! !
