Peril Occupying My Country Poem by neha sharma

Peril Occupying My Country

I bewail on the corruption in my motherland,
That will bring my country to sand.
I cry over the minds of the people,
Who have got corruption – fever.
Development of oneself doesn’t guarantee,
Development of our country,
All are busy in enjoying their spree.
This is not the time to enjoy,
But to serve our country and defeat our foe.
Let us stand for our country united,
And work for it a little bit.
Corruption is eating our country like white ants,
The day is not far; our country will be reduced to sands.
Alarm bells are ringing and waking you up,
Start working for your country and let it rise up.
