Photons Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Photons

Photons

I walked amongst the photons of light.
God's pure sunlight energy.
The heart of my hearts began to smile.
The whole of my being became bright.

For this you see was the walks I had taken
Today, yesterday and yesterdays.
Without the photons streaming down on me
What would my healthy self be?

The walk of all walks in my entire life
Were the sum totals of my daily walks.
Batteries energized by the largest source
The sunlight the photons from above.

I walked amongst the photons of light.
God's pure sunlight energy.
The heart of my hearts began to smile.
I became sunlight itself.
