Playboy In You Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Playboy In You

Just once more
Let's both pretend
That nothing else matters
Accept our casual walks
As we go Hand in hand

Just for me
Can you be
That friend
With whom
I take my
Flights, free
Till the end
The edge
Of all lands

So easy for you
To rationalise
My love for you
Is no surprise.

For your Venus
Is very strong
Your presence
In my life
Just a habit
I have formed.

Who gave
A right
To you
My mate
To be
So cruel
For my
Unknown
Mistakes.

In the end
What goes around
Does come around
With many girls
Your heart surrounds
Not one of them
Will you ever
Find happiness
Unbound.

Not a curse,
Not my wish
For things
For you
To go worse

I am very sad
But for you
It does not matter
Another broken
Heart
About whom
You can brag
