Poem At The Mirror Ii Poem by Felipe Maciel

Poem At The Mirror Ii

Eros climbed the highest hill
where mutilated, our love sleep
away from the devaint social memories

Armed his javelin against my inert head
and pierced my ashed skull with zest
laughed possession of such sparse glories
unable to restore his life's charm story

When went home; sleep alone with deny
away from the nymphs and the wines
inflamed loneliness; sweating pillow
Psique now only sleeps with a mirror
