Poetic Trance Poem by B3k Baylon

Poetic Trance

Rating: 4.3

Not a Saint nor a Sinner,
Pay heed, come hither...

Sleep, a dreamless slumber,
Hades lulled from down under

The Muses gathered yonder,
Ye listen then ponder…

Now do not go further
That dark gloomy border

Lest you come across & wake,
Cerberus, your life at stake

And that nearby shimmer,
Though eerie a life giver

By the River Styx aflow…
Charon & that boat he rows

Take a dip; don’t hesitate
‘Cuz Immortals, It can make

From far beyond the field,
Sits Minerva with her shield

Listening to Pan’s lively tune,
Serenading nymphs by the Moon

And so this Idyllic moment goes,
Go with the urge to do a prose

Memories of what’s dear to you,
Write it down, and don’t be blue

And as lovely Aurora descends,
Shun the woes that never ends…
