Very true and that is beacuse you are putting so much thought into resisting, that you bring it on more. To resist correctly is to wipe it out of your mind so it has no matter or hold. Then it goes away. You mind is your actions. Thought is what we are. Energy put into thought becomes reality. Got the picture? ? Blessings dear one. Keep writing and keep learning.
