Prince Charming Doesn'T Have A Soul Poem by Cassandra Hooper

Prince Charming Doesn'T Have A Soul

Rating: 5.0

Prince charming
Doesn't even have a soul
He sold it for money
Good looks, and control
Left all of us
Wanting more
Just to leave
And walk out that door
So close up the kingdom
Baracade the gate
By the time he returns
It'll be way too late
He's run out of money
No more second chances
His good looks are gone
There's no more ballroom dances
He's sitting there alone
With his head in his hands
Groaning and saying
Noone understands
But what he doesn't know
Is he did this to himself
He never loved anyone
As much as his wealth

I quite enjoyed this poem about the love of money over family- though it was a rather sad refrain. Well done. Spiritsong
