R.I.P. Jason Poem by Cassandra Hooper

R.I.P. Jason

It finally happened
It took you away
I'm sorry you're gone
But at least now you're okay
I hope you're in heaven
I hope you're free
If you are
Tell Jesse hi for me
I'm sorry Jason
This isn't right
But in the end
You put up a good fight
Cancer sucks
Its been proven true
Everyone's crying
We already miss you
This wasn't fair
You had a lot to live for
It hurt to know you were suffering
A lot more than you were before
I wish i could've helped
Could've taken your pain
Everyday I read the site
And it drove me insane
I knew you were suffering
And it broke my heart to know
That one of these days
It would be your turn to go
But at least theres no pain
No more confusion and hurt
I'm glad you're in a better place
Even though your life was short
And we didn't talk much
But you were still my friend
We all loved you Jason
Down to the very end
