I was walking in the shadows,
When I came upon a house,
That was when I saw my friend
In the Windows,
Wearing a beautiful pink blouse.
I saw her in the window,
And she had a great big smile;
I knew that with the wind blow,
It would be worth all the while.
She greeted me with joy,
And a great big hug,
And never have I been a boy,
With a feeling of a lug.
I left to say good-bye,
And we were going high.
