Protect nature

I want to take refuge
and never wish to refuse
the protection given
for us to make it like heaven

what makes us so desperate?
and relate
our cruelty in open form
and remain ignorantly informed

nature is our life and future
we procure
everything or derive from nature
as she has provided us the shelter too

the air provided isfree and pure
to assure
that human beings breath easily
the river waters too flow readily

the ocean, trees and for that matter forests
serve to us as best
what prevents us from giving reciprocal treatment?
it is for us to wake up and make good movement
