Pseudo Patriachs Poem by Ayandare Mayowa

Pseudo Patriachs

O ye cruel patriarchs of Uranus nature,
Who in greed betray your lovely childhood Gaia,
Who pants in lust craving Aphrodite's spiced cuisine.
In Eros prompted conjugal bliss,
Came the seeds you despised, seized and freeze,
Denying, providing not for the fruits of your loins.
Apollo barely awoken,
He lies wasted in worship in Dionysus court.
O ye cruel Patriarch of Uranus nature,
Whose only pursuit is maintaining your sacred position above Olympus,
If only you will release yourself to be chastised in Athena's court,
And heed to heavenly instructions as delivered by Hermes,
But unholy ambition gradually takes you underworld, home of Hades,
Just so you know,
Cronus will grow and Zeus shall flourish.
