My life is broken promises and lies
My love is shattered and in pieces
The foundation is mainly of goodvyes
I need help picking up the pieces

This puzzle of mine is far from done
This broken heart is far from healed
The edges are frayed and coming undone
The fate cards of life are being dealed

I'm hoping my life will turn out better
I'm wishing for someone to understand
Someone who could make me better
Someone who could take me by the hand

And help me realize this broken love
Isn't worth ending my precious life
