Quibble Squabble Spit And Spat Poem by cheryl davis miller

Quibble Squabble Spit And Spat

Eeny meeny miny moe
safest bet is Uncle Joe.
Murderer or socialist,
settle for the nations Jest.

You ask, ' Why a democrat? '
I would love to address that.
The 'Right's' grown so far apart,
lost before the battle's start.

I want this! I must have that!
Quibble squabble, spit and spat.
My picks not in! My picks out!
Think I'll just stay home and pout!

He said this, and she did that!
Quibble squabble, spit and spat.
Steady feast of news and net,
source of angst; result regret.

Eeny meeny miny moe
safest bet is Uncle Joe.
Murderer or socialist,
settle for the nations Jest.
