Rainbow Watch Poem by Walterrean Salley

Rainbow Watch

Rating: 5.0

The Rainbow is universal,
Everybody knows of him.
He comes with brilliant colors,
Appearing on a whim.

Attracting all attention
Perching incredibly high,
While those peering from below
Are transfixed with a sigh.

We are wowed by its colors,
Its design and location—
So marvelously displayed,
But is short in duration.

Tho’ rainbows tend to soon depart,
The aura lingers in the heart.

A beautiful sonnet Walterrean, very descriptive of a lovely rainbow - they are indeed a beauty to behold and you capture that so well here.
