I came,
So lame,
Thought it was all about game,
I knew not my name.
As I wonder;
I thought of what to ponder,
Wordly cynicism wouldn't surrender,
My quest wasn't to put asunder.
Forget the lyrics and stand still,
Pay attention with a strong will,
You are here not to play or pay bill,
But to stand firm ready to to scale the next Hill.
Be prepared for the journey of no return,
No return; no rerun,
As you become like the yet unborn,
Pay attention, listen well my Son!
Lovely piece of poetry, well articulated and nicely brought forth in good rhyme scheme with conviction. Thanks for sharing Sab.
