Regret Poem by Cheryl Cheng

My friends are having fun
I'm here, not done

All because I was distracted
My head, I wacked it

Because I killed time
Instead of making a rhyme

So it’s my entire fault
That I’m at a halt

While my friends are all finished
I will be finished

ah, the oh so evil homework...too bad we're stuck with it for the next decade or so for the rest of junior high, high schoo, and university...*sigh*... (Report) Reply
