Ae mere rehnumaa kya kahu, kese karu tujhe bayaan.
kahu tujhe khushbu lutata phool, ya kahu kishi gulshal ki bahaar.
kahu tujhe ki tu hai jaan meri, ya kahu ki tujhme basi hai jaan meri.
sochta hu hr saans ke sath aati hai yaad teri, ya aati hai saans bhi tere yaad aane se.
ae mere rehnuma kya kahu, kaise karu tujhe bayaan.
kabhi lagta hai mera ham saaya hai tu, to kabhi lagta hai mujhme hi samaaya hai tu.
kabhi lagta hai zindgi ka saaz hai tu, to kabhi lagta hai meri aawaz hai tu.
kabhi lagta meri khubsurat nazar hai tu, to kabhi lagta haseen nazara hai tu.
ae mere rehnumaa kya kahu, kese karu tujhe bayaan.
kahu tujhe hamraah, ya kahu hamraaz tujhe.
kahu hamsafar mera, ya kahu hamnawaa tujhe.
ae mere rehnumaa kya kahu, kese karu bayaan tujhe....

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

So we'll go no more a-roving
So late into the night,
Though the heart still be as loving,
And the moon still be as bright.

For the sword outwears its sheath,
