Reinstated Memories Poem by David Yuggu

Reinstated Memories

I would stand the test of time, if I could wake up tomorrow seeing you next to me, because it’s not worthy no more, finding the right fort of hopes.
Your enlighten smile brought me close to you without me thinking about the previous day, regardless of my lone restless soul still in search of a new shadow.
Although you’ve had me thinking about tomorrow, when you’ve finally captured my unwanted pieces of shattered heart, whilst you restored my last faith in love with your tender & quintessences love, although among the way I was an advocate of doubting tomorrow.
Now I realize I’ve said, it’s alright a trillion time by believing that it will takes a trillion years for my heart to recuperate from a wound, but if I could give you my last and only remained promise I have, out of my trillion despondent moment, your smile will be the one and only remedy for my healing soul, my new assembled pieces of shattered heart will pursue to conquer your promised land with a sword of love.
I thank you for reinstating me with new memories.
