Remember when you scooped me up and spun me around
I didn't tell you but since then my feet haven't touched the ground.
Remember when you sang to me while the sun was sinking
I didn't tell you but since then my eyes haven't stopped twinkling.
Remember when you painted the moon on a dark cloudy sky
I didn't tell you but since then I can't stop smiling even if I try.
Remember when you pulled me close and let your eyes speak
I didn't tell you but since then you are all I can possibly seek.
Remember when you held my hand as I walked on a wall
I didn't tell you but since then I can't stop standing tall.
Remember when you lay next to me still on the sand
I didn't tell you but since then moments without you only taste bland.
Remember when you told me before someone hurt me you would die
I didn't tell you but since then everything but you feels like an ugly lie.
Remember when you touched my heart and listened to it beating
I didn't tell you but since then your name it can't stop repeating.
Remember when I didn't say a word and was silent through all this
It was just because I couldn't find a way out of my small world of bliss.
