Reminder Of Beauty Poem by Cloe C

Reminder Of Beauty

Fruit, oh fruit, a gift from nature's hand,
A rainbow of colors, a bounty of land.
A feast for the senses, a symphony of taste,
A reminder of beauty, in a world of waste.

The bright red of a strawberry, so luscious and sweet,
A burst of flavor, a summer-time treat.
The texture so tender, the aroma so pure,
A reminder of innocence, in a world so obscure.

But as the climate changes, the strawberries wilt,
The sweetness fades, the texture begins to wilt.
The color fades, the aroma disappears,
A warning sign, of the world in tears.

The orange of a mango, so juicy and bright,
A tropical delight, a perfect delight.
The texture so soft, the smell so divine,
A reminder of paradise, in a world so unkind.

But as the climate changes, the mangos wither,
The juice dries up, the texture begins to wither.
The color fades, the aroma disappears,
A warning sign, of the world in tears.

The yellow of a banana, so mellow and kind,
A comfort food, a simple find.
The texture so creamy, the smell so soothing,
A reminder of simplicity, in a world so confusing.

But as the climate changes, the bananas turn brown,
The texture changes, the sweetness wears down.
The color fades, the aroma disappears,
A warning sign, of the world in tears.

The green of an apple, so crisp and clean,
A refreshing bite, a healthy dream.
The texture so crunchy, the smell so fresh,
A reminder of vitality, in a world so stressed.

But as the climate changes, the apples lose their shine,
The texture turns soft, the flavor declines.
The color fades, the aroma disappears,
A warning sign, of the world in tears.

Fruit, oh fruit, a symbol of life,
A reminder of beauty, in a world of strife.
A warning sign, of the world decaying,
A call to action, for us to start praying.

For the world is changing, and the fruit is dying,
The colors fading, the aromas sighing.
But if we act now, we can make a change,
A world full of fruit, a world full of range.

So let us cherish the fruit, and all it brings,
A reminder of life, a symbol of things.
Let us protect it, and make it thrive,
A world full of fruit, a world full of life.
