Repentance Poem by Jocelyn Dunbar

Repentance

Rating: 5.0

Repentance is a way to acknowledge that we are sinners.

Repentance is an act of reconnecting, surrendering,
Declaring, acknowledging, recognizing the ownership,
The author, the majesty; his deity, his power and
His authority. The God, the creator of the universe.

Asking forgiveness to God is an act of humility,
Humbleness of the heart, sincerity of self; to
Surrender, to make known that God owns life.

The basic principle of repentance is to
Reconnect ourselves to the ownership of this life.
To have a relationship with the father, to abide in him,
To glorify him, to fellowship with him.
To give us freedom from the bondage of lies.

Repentance is a gateway for us to a great and
A wonder promise of God. It is about
More than what we can expect, more than
What we can imagine, more than what we can
Think of and hope for

It is an open door for us to enjoy all his privileges that
He can offer and give. It is a new journey, an exciting life
To experience; his miracle, provision, healing, supply,
Protection, security, and love. Love that can satisfy our
Soul to the fullness of his shining Glory.
It is amazing! journey of life, a true purpose of
Our existence, to enjoy not perishing but have an
Everlasting life.

Repent; he makes everything glorious.
Glory to God, the invisible.
