Let us come
To give respect
To the people
And to the law
Of the land.
The people are
The sovereign here.
For them we are
All here enjoying life.
Let us think for a while,
We are here for the people
By the people and of the people.
We are the office-bearers
And we are committed
For the welfare and
We are here to work for
The welfare of the people,
Let the people know all.
We are to get back to basics,
To self-discipline,
To consideration for others,
Our style and tone
Should be with that of the people.
