Reunion Poem by nimal dunuhinga

Reunion

Rating: 5.0

I dreamed that I reached home after a long voyage
And I searched for my kids.
Then my wife said; ' They have gone on a holiday.'
I grumbled her to bring my children back.
But I realized they are alredy belong to their lovers
Yes, they were married and living far away.
The same moon we see on different poles in this awful night.
Wife and myself we are at the edge of the world.
Our hearts cry for the reunion and we are scared
As the days are running and we left behind.

Such a sad poem filled with anguish and frustration. They are missing you too, NImal and hope to be reunited with a tenderhearted father as soon as possible - perhaps here in Australia. love, Allie xxxx

How sad to be separated by such a physical distance from your children. Warm wishes for that reunion in the very near future. Very heartfelt, Nimal. Prayers for all of you. As always, Sandra
