Richly Textured Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Richly Textured

Rating: 4.5

Do not give what is holy to the dogs!
And, do not cast your pearls before the swine;
For, the future lies in your own hands.

Enter in through the narrow gate of love!
Because, straight is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life;
And, try to cross over to the other side of the river to meet me.

Love,
With the manuscript;
With the manuals!
And, with the muse of your romance richly textured.

The compostiion of the aroma of your love,
With the muse of peace and joy!
Like candles for love and bananas for the sweet taste of life.
