In the valleys deep, where shadows dwell,
Where echoes of despair seem to swell,
There lies a truth, stark and still,
Rock bottom teaches what no peak ever will.
Amidst the rubble, amidst the pain,
Where hope seems lost, and dreams wane,
In the darkness, a lesson unfurls,
A wisdom born from the depths of the world.
For in the ascent, we may feel the thrill,
But it's in the fall, we learn to be still,
To face our demons, to confront our fears,
To shed our masks and dry our tears.
The mountain tops, they offer views so grand,
But it's at rock bottom, we truly understand,
The strength within, the resilience deep,
As we rise from the ashes, our souls to keep.
So let us not fear the depths we find,
For in the darkness, our spirits refine,
And as we climb from the lowest low,
We emerge stronger, ready to grow.
Rock bottom, a teacher in disguise,
Revealing truths beneath the lies,
In its embrace, we find our will,
For it teaches what no peak ever will.
