Rough road

Rough road
I am now on
This rough road
Here I see
So many tigers
Lions and serpents.

My occupation
And my family
Are huge mountains
And I feel much difficult
To approach
Inaccessible woods are here, that are
Infatuation arrogance and pride
And see here frightful stream is sophism.

Poem of the Day

poet Sara Teasdale

I thought of you and how you love this beauty,
And walking up the long beach all alone
I heard the waves breaking in measured thunder
As you and I once heard their monotone.
