Salami-Macaroni

Have you tried:
Salami-Macaroni,
With lots of pepperoni.
Some onions here,
Some sauce to smear.
Garlic that you sell,
Some fruits will do me well.
Some veges would do,
And ice cream too.

So try this delicious meal,
(Though you will need a paper bag after) .
