Salmon Highway Poem by John McKeon

Salmon Highway

Rating: 1.0

Lil' window in the wind and the waves, glassy slicks on the sea, water was coffee green, boiling flying waves of baitfish glittered reflections of the sun. Porpoising, cartwheeling giant Chinook salmon were driving the bait: California Current in bloom!
