Salt In Wounds Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Salt In Wounds

Salt in wounds

Think of no past
As it will last
With sadness
And result in gloom on face

Who cares for self created smog?
It will result only in joke?
Person may dream to be king of England
But that shall be only dream land

We can sue good words
And look forward
For self elevation
It creates only hesitation

Love has its dimensional angle
Different for each individual
One may say sorry for state
Others may not even relate

World is at cross road
Poor sharing enough of load
Innocents are dying for no fault
Greedy are rubbing the salt in wounds
