Sandra Sue Spencer Poem by Jan E Smith

Sandra Sue Spencer

Who was this woman Sandra Sue?
Standing nearly five foot two.
She played so many roles in life,
Daughter; Sister; Mother; Wife.

She had a smile that filled a room,
Her life was taken way too soon.
She loved to joke, and she was smart,
But more than that she had a heart

Friends were many, yet enemies few.
There were so many things she could do.
She played the piano, crocheted, and painted,
Worked too hard and sometimes fainted.

Sandra loved her family and friends.
If you were one she'd go to the ends.
No matter what she had to do,
She'd always take good care of you.

There is much more that I could say,
But we'll leave it for another day
Sandra's gone and our hearts are sad.
She's resting now with her Mom and Dad.
