Satisfaction Poem by gule rukhsar

Satisfaction

that night on the porch
starring at the light of the torch
in that lonesome sight
thinking over that night
there he sat alone
pondering over his wishes adorn
questions messing with his mind
but answers he couldn't find
rich and riches, bloom
i am a bussiness tycoon
a house like a fortress
a wife, my mistress
that lad is my son
distant from every gun
yet not satisfied i am
still so restless i am
but that face wrinkled
over it smile is sprinkled
shivering body with pain
no wealth, no house, no gain
old, feeble, aged
memories and memoirs faded
yet so satisfied and peaceful
inspite of misery so gleeful
what is it that he has?
why am not i in that phase?
asked over and over again
and it begain to rain
looked above, from where it came
its HIM, i never knew; so shame
