Saved By Love Poem by Gideon Arthur

Saved By Love

Love far away from hurting
Lying so deep in memories
Kept secret in the open
Never vanished from the keeper of memories
It's scent lingers on the culprit
That thorn out their previous heart
To build a cupid living

Love cheers the brain, heart and mind
Making domestic the wild
Merry to the sad and kind
Showing blessings to the mild
Strength to the weak and fidget
An unhealthy emotion
Surely, emotion of health

Everywhere in every hole
It glances to glamourize
Creating pulses so so slow
To run as gluttons gorm'dize
Elucidated by tears
Unprecedented, special
Embroidered using Rome spears

When common father christmas
presented me a red gift
That blossomed my eyes as brass
Which humbled all heart it sift
Calling destiny to sight
The prodigal son back home
To convert my wrongs to right

I called unto Heaven and earth
To witness my long journey
From Hades, Er'bus then birth
Riding on Easter bunny
Cajoled to know life's beauty
I'm now a precious life saved
Saved by God the Almighty
