Say A Little Prayer. Poem by Babatunde Olusegun Ajayi

Say A Little Prayer.

In time of solitude and distress,
Yeah, your heart's coldly old
And you feels desperately to have
My love but, sympathetically
I'm far away and untouchable.

World quakes and planet Earth tremors,
Threating to collapse but you are inert.
Love, close your eyes and meditate my name,
With the power of my undying love
I'll be right there in your dreams, it's a promise.

I seems invisible but I'm the closest
To your heart, reading your mind
From distances because I'm your soul-mate
And your passionate inspiration spirit.

Oh, tears rolling down your precious chin,
Don't cry my angel, I'll sway like the golden ray
Beneath your tinted brow and wipe
Away your fear with my celestial love.
Like the Sunset and twilight I'll swap
Eternal Joy, Happiness and Romance to you.

Whenever I flashed your heart
But I'm not there to hold you tight.
Loose you mind, caress my soul,
My oath is to be there, only for you,
Don't let go my love, when you are
All alone, don't shed a tear my love
Close you eyes and Say a little prayer.
