School Life Poem by Neha Deshwal

School Life

I am enjoying school life but still missing it.
starting from the first day when we cried because we don't wanna to school and on the last day we cried because we don't wanna leave it.

Those days which were full of hustle but not of tension.
we were fed up of school but school friends were only a source of relaxation.
Those repeating of lessons in unison before exams.
Those prayers for one more holiday.
Those celebrations when a cranky teacher was absent.
That innocence on result days.
That weirdness when festivals were celebrated in school.
Those class punishments which became a comedy scene.
Those last bench parties and First bench sleeps.
Those teachers whose homework weighed more than their weight.
That cheers when someone counter answered the teacher.
Those bunks and excuses when you were caught roaming in corridors.
That sharing in lunch break which gave feeling of royal dinner.
That library and reading.
Those memorable assemblies.
Those days...
Those friends...
Those benches...
Those teachers...
Those sports and annual days...
