The clouds are dark,
Darkness surrounds me.
You are so dark!
Says he,
Are you afraid then?
To bear a dumpling for me?
Afraid, I am not;
The darkness which I sought...
Now engulfs me completely.
I do not want to emerge, half-done,
I want to escape, undone.
Amazed, at your remembrance,
In all your darkened drunkenness,
Did I mind?
No I did not.
Accepted in all my awkwardness,
Deeply blushing, and still so wanting...
Expectations build up, rising and panting.
Keep at bay
Till the time is ripe,
Till the clouds recede,
And no tears to wipe,
Sow the seeds,
Of great delight.
Mould me, shape me
Hold me tight.
I am too dark!
Could you be my light?
