Self Serving Souls Sold Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Self Serving Souls Sold

A climbed mountain,
Sinking down.
With enlightened people,
Grieving.
Leaving them disbelieving,
Those creating an upheaval...
Are fed on evil.
Be they black, brown or white.
Without insight.
Worshippers of money.
And things to get.
Just for one purpose only.
To expose...
Their soulless selves sold.
Out!
To a wicked consciousness.
Sold.
With self serving a satisfied,
Demon inside.
Disguised to hide.

And their souls are sold out!
To a wicked consciousness.
Unconscious souls exposed,
To self serving themselves...
To a wickedness,
Sickened and it witnessed.

Cold and it shows.
Those self serving souls sold.
To money.
And things to get deceived.

The ones climbing mountains.
With enlightenment found.
Find themselves sinking,
Back down to ground.
Disbelieve,
They've been tricked to dupe.
By those black.
White, brown and yellow too!
Sold.
On the money.
And things to get.
Sold.
To worship this wickedness.
For just one purpose...
To self service souls,
They had sold!
For the money...
And things to get deceived!
And things to get deceived!
And things to get deceived!
