Returning it back to sender.
That which had been given.
With the taste and flavor of it,
Intended and meant to accept.
Without questions heard to answer.
Or apologies expressed to expect.
None came to remain the same.
Returning it all back to sender.
The flagrant foul smell.
And the attitude as well.
Delivered unchanged.
From how it had been received.
With no regard for feelings felt.
To go unshown to a sender caring less.
As one does to get.
One gets what one does to do.
To acknowledge or not,
The scent.
The flavor.
Or the bitter taste of it,
Returned and meant to leave remembered.
