How to keep yourself fit?
while greeting others
what mentality is to be shown?
care should be taken that it has not blown out of proportion

restrain
and maintain
highest decorum
and use wisdom

use head
and try to read
other's mind
and find the place

sensible talk
it may make you walk
with the satisfaction
and good indication

headless talk makes you dead
people may give no room to read
your life shall be counted as worthless
you shall move with hiding face
