Serene - And - Imperturbable
The saints of the old
were not only
overwhelmed
to witness the
sublime virtues
and profound
mystical teaching
of the Gospels
lived out in the
daily lives of
the Christians,
but other
virtues too,
so prized but
rarely practiced
in the Greco-Roman
world in which
they lived.
