It is service to mankind
It can be noticed even by blind
If anything comes next to prayers
It is compassion that is spread in form of layers

Our heart is full of feeling
That is force and comes out almost willing
It weeps at slight look of human misery
Wonderful feeling created by almighty

It is in abundance with each individual
Even though he may lead life in double
One for showing to the world
Another at home level to adjust with the fold

Many children are left homeless
They have nobody to look after in human race
They are left on road to their luck
Misfortune may at time struck

Some of the charitable institutions are at work
They render commendable service without any reward
They are guided by human agony and pain
Mercy and pity is not the things to train

If god can shower any blessings
Such people need it as human being
Natural disaster and famine too render
Many children to their fate and are forced to surrender

Whoever are the people involved
With such type of charitable work and solved
Human plight by giving timely help and assistance
Their efforts should be praised at once
