Severodonetsk And Lyschansk: situation And War Report on Day 120 Of Russian Invasion

Russia plans to default on its foreign debt
on 26 June 2022 and they are searching
for an excuse not to pay.

The Russian deputy minister of defence
Hanna Malyar has set
a deadline for the Russian forces
to take all of Severodonetsk
and to reach the administrative border
of the Luhansk Oblast.

To Putin it is very important
to take Severodonetsk and Lyschansk
that is across the river from it,
before 26 June 2022 as pressure is arising
from his wealthy Oligarch minions,
who will default along with Russia
and stand to loose their possession
which up to now has been frozen.

At Lyschansk the city across
the river from Severodonetsk,
Russians are approaching from the south
and did not try to dare a river-crossing
at Severodonetsk which would have been fatal
and they will probably reach it
during the next week,

which would probably result in
heavy artillery-fire
and house-by-house and block-by-city block
fighting as it is taking place
in Severodonetsk.

Russian forces have taken Metyolkine
southeast of Severodonetsk,
after bringing in a huge number
of reserve troops
from other battle zones.

Massive amounts of tanks and armoured
personnel carriers are still being held back
40 km to the east
where they are facing Ukrainian forces
from Kharkiv.

Still fierce battles are fought
from house to house
and rage in the streets
while day and night
the Russian shelling continues.

The industrial zone of Severodonetsk
and the Azot plant
are Still holding out against
the Russians.

The long range Western artillery
rocket system weapons
are still being awaited,
to turn the fight totally around
when they come

but still the Ukraine uses five to six thousand
artillery shells a day with the 155mm howitzers,
still the Ukrainian artillery is outnumbered
by one to ten or fifteen,

still ten thousand old people, women and children
are trapped in Severodonetsk
while the Russians kill any one
that they come across in the houses
that they do enter,
where supplies of clean water, food
as well as sanitation
and electricity is being diminished

still in the Azof chemical facility
there are four hundred soldiers
and five hundred civilians
and in the bomb shelters
under the building
eight hundred civilians.

The German Panzerhaubitze 2000
self-propelled howitzers
have arrived in the Ukraine
and within three days should be
with trained Ukrainian crews
joining in this battle
and should have a impact into turning
it in advantage of the Ukraine.

From these instructions it's clear
that if the Russians do take the industrial
zone and Azot chemical plant,
the Russian forces will have
to head west towards
the Luhansk Oblast border.

The most successful Russian general up to now
the commander over all,
general Alexander Dvornikov
has immediately being replaced by
general Sergey Surovinkin,

this is due to excessive drinking
and a lack of trust by the Russian soldiers,
where Dvornikov has been retired
and this is also going to impact on this battle.

According to reports by the BBC
recruits in Russia received only
three to seven days training
before being send to the war in the Ukraine

and Rosgvardia units, the national guard of Russia,
and Wagner mercenaries that consist of ex-special forces,
have now become Russia's main assault forces
in opposition to conventional military units.
