Come on here,
Little one;
The rain has stopped,
The wind is low.

I can see your eye sparkling in the darkness,
I can feel your heart beating fast.

Come on here,
Little one;
And do not be afraid of the night,
For night isn't just made of shadows
And monsters hiding in corners;
Its thousands murmurs and voices
Will lead you to the edge of sleep.

Come on here,
Little one;
And close to me
Behold the stars.
